Contributions ensure the delivery of our free home ownership and financial fitness group educational seminars, individualized counseling, and mortgage lending services. They also assure the professional and technical resources for developing multi-family rental opportunities that result in attractive, affordable housing for families living in our region. Gifts of cash are the simplest form of monetary contribution to NeighborWorks^® Greater Manchester and provide the most immediate impact. Almost 50% of our annual operating expenses are supported by contributions from the community. Your gift to NeighborWorks^® Greater Manchester is tax-deductible to the full extent permitted by federal law.
